As far as sizing goes, if you own any Nike shoes and they fit, that size is what you need. If youre wearing another brand of shoes, then you might want to go to a shoe store and try on some Nikes to confirm sizing. In my experience, Adidas shoes have me about half a size lower than Nike.

I use my new Nikes mainly for my daily walks and they are very comfortable to wear and I can walk 6 to 8 miles with ease.

I love these shoes! They did come with a mark on them but oh well. They fit perfect.
